Exmoor is very dog-friendly, and there are many walks where dogs and their humans can have a good time.
We went to Bossington Hill yesterday, starting in Allerford and finishing at Bossington car park. If you walk the full circle, it is about 8 kms.
As Wednesdays are also known as #WoofWoofWednesday on Twitter we asked our wonderful Exmoor4all community to share photos of their dogs enjoying Exmoor. It didn’t take long (30 seconds I think!) before the first photo appeared in the comments, swiftly followed by another 120.

We are looking for the best dog walking routes on Exmoor. It’s up to you to decide what makes it the best – a river for your dog to swim in or a pub with a beer and lovely food for you at the end of it, we don’t mind!

Despite the fact that it’s been Monday – and for most of us the first day back at work this year – we received lots of fantastic photos showcasing how varied Exmoor can be. From feral goats and Exmoor ponies to kayaking, rock jumping, surfing or simply relaxing by the sea, Exmoor has it all. Enjoy!
