This Exmoor4all Photo Competition will run for six month from January to June 2020.

Each month, all images entered into the competition will be posted in an album on www.exmoor4all.com and on Facebook where the public will be asked to choose their favourite images by ‘liking’ them.

The top 10 images with the most ‘likes’ will go through to the final. By the end of July we will have 60 semi-finalists from which the public and a panel of judges will choose the 13 images for the 2021 Exmoor4all calendar.

Please note that due to the size of the calendar, we recommend you enter photos in landscape rather than portrait size.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition is run by Exmoor4all from 1 January to 30 June 2020.
2. Anyone is eligible to enter the contest.
3. Technical specifications for submitted photos
   The photo(s) must be available as a high-resolution JPEG (as high as your camera will allow).  The photo must not contain violence, profanity, sex or direct attacks on individuals or organisations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.The photo must be an original creation – no copyrighted images may be used. The participant must certify and warrant that the submitted photo(s) does not violate the rights of a third party or any copyright. Exmoor4all (The Exmoor Events Company Ltd)  is not responsible for intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions of photos.
4. Judging and notification of selected photographers
   After the contest closes at 23.59 on 30 June 2020, qualifying photos (the 60 semi-finalists) will be judged on adherence to the contest challenge through its message clarity, composition and overall presentation. Exmoor4all will appoint a jury to judge the entries. The jury’s decision is final; the jury may also decide not to select any photos to be published as the 2021 Exmoor4all Calendar if entries are judged of insufficient quality. Any attempt by a participant to influence the result or subvert the photo competition will lead to immediate disqualification. The 13 photos selected to be considered for inclusion in the 2021 Exmoor4all Calendar will be announced in August 2020 and the photographers will be notified by e-mail. If an entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, Exmoor4all reserves the right to offer the prize to the next best entry.
5. Rights and ownership
   By submitting their photos to Exmoor4all, participants agree to grant Exmoor4all free of charge the right to use the photo in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media even if they are not the winning entries.  Exmoor4all agrees to mention the full name of the chosen contestants when used in the 2021 Exmoor4all Calendar, or other related materials. Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities.
   Exmoor4all will not use any of the submitted images for prints, merchandise and similar items to sell, other than the Exmoor4all Calendar.
6. General
   Exmoor4all reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the contest, at any time and for any reason if deems necessary.The personal information provided to Exmoor4all by the participants shall only be used for the purposes of this contest. All participants are entitled to access, cancel, oppose and rectify the details about the personal data (such as names, addresses, etc.) contained in the file by sending their request by email to info@exmoorevents.com. Participation in the contest, including being selected to have your photo considered for inclusion in the 2021 Exmoor4all Calendar, in no manner constitutes an endorsement or support by Exmooreall of the candidates’ views or aims or of any products or services. Candidates shall not advertise or otherwise claim to have obtained any such endorsement or support. Exmoor4all name and logo are the property of The Exmoor Events Company Ltd  and should not be used in any manner whatsoever without the prior consent of The Exmoor Events Company Ltd.
